As a certified executive coach with over 10 years of experience at Google, I have worked with a diverse array of leaders around the world, both inside and outside of Google. I am passionate about helping senior leaders and executives to navigate the complex challenges and opportunities of their roles.

Born and raised in Germany, I studied in California and also lived and worked in Dublin. In my personal life, I am an adventurer at heart and love to sail, dive, and to explore new places. I believe that experiencing the world and pushing myself out of my comfort zone helps me to be a better coach and to understand the challenges faced by my clients.
